Our main services concern briefing, design management, workplace consultancy and tender management. Our projects range from office buildings and schools to prisons, labs and health care facilities.

BriefBuilder is a web-based tool for managing client specifications in complex construction projects. By using advanced modelling techniques, the Brief Builder enables clients to identify, communicate and test building specifications in a highly systematic and transparent way.

ArchiSelect
ArchiSelect is a web-based tool for tender management in the selection of architects and contractors. It helps clients and consultants to verify to what extent admissions, design proposals and construction solutions match client specifications. By systematically comparing electronic tender documents, the tendering process becomes more efficient and more effective.
