Gijben Hornes 

MSc. Gijben Hornes is the founder of ICOP. Gijben has already earned his keep in practice as well as in research, developing innovative housing solutions. Gijben has contiguously gained a substantial amount of experience managing complex housing projects.


Juriaan van Meel

PhD. MSc. Juriaan van Meel is a partner of ICOP and is specialized in the interaction between accomodation and organisation performance. Juriaan is also connected to the Technical University Delft and the Center for people and buildings.


Geert Dewulf

Prof. PhD. Geert Dewulf’s specific expertise is advising company’s and municipal’s about estate management and rural development. Alongside his partnership with ICOP he also is a professor rural development and concept development at the University of Twente.


Daan Oostinga

MSc. Daan Oostinga is specialized in the model-like approach for developing programmes of requirements. Daan has done research about experiences with output specifications and the relation between programmes of requirements and the satisfaction in the user phase.


Tim van Leeuwen

MSc. Tim van Leeuwen supports project team with the model-like approach for developing programmes of requirements and re-using knowlegde through specification libraries. Tim has also been involved in a research programme on 'building information and open standards'.


Herman Hoekman

MSc. Herman Hoekman has been working for ICOP as a consultant since 2005. Herman supports project teams with the model-like approach for developing programmes of requirements and is also involved with architect selections.


Hermen Jan van Ree

MSc. Hermen Jan van Ree is specialized in programming office buildings and modelling facilitary services. Hermen is presently active in the United Kingdom where he mainly focuses on the implementation of BriefBuilder and ArchiSelect. Hermen Jan van Ree is also connected to the University College Londen (UCL) and the Investment Property Databank (IPD).
