Most of our work is located in the Netherlands (see below for a selection of our work). Our international activities consist of presentations, research and collaboration with design firms in other countries.

The thread throughout our projects is that they are challenging. High-quality advise is required because of the innovative character, size and complexity of the projects.

 Projects

UMC Radboud (Nijmegen)

Radboud University Medical Centre is going to model the specifications for the new research tower with an application of ICOP, BruifBuilder.

The building will hold a cyclotron, offices and laboratories. A preliminary design will also be added to the specifications model. Based on this model the project will be procured as a design & build contract. In that stage the model will be extended with the VerificationManager to systematically judge the design proposals.

Province of Utrecht (Utrecht)

ICOP supports the Province of Utrecht with producing a contractable project brief for the demolition and new development of its accomodation.

The project will probably be procured as a design and build contract. At this moment employees of the provincial authority and their consultants are setting up all specifications. ICOP will make sure that these are put into a digital model in a consistent and contractable manner.

Altrecht (Den Dolder)

ICOP supports Altrecht with creating a new workplace concept and setting up the project brief for a new accomodation for the board of directors and staff.

Based on an analysis of the work processes, facility services and company culture, ICOP will determine the accomodation demand.
